Lumpini police were alerted to the crash in front of Baan Siri Sukhumvit Condominium at 9.30am. Pol Lt Supakorn Sangklub, deputy inspector of Lumpini police, said the shock absorber on the front wheel broke before the vehicle struck Chinawat and Mr Boonwichai. The vehicle also struck Mr Rean, a security guard at the condominium, Pol Lt Supakorn said.
